DO YOU KNOW HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CEREMONIAL COCOA?
We share some tips so you can prepare it to your liking.

① CUT THE COCOA
We recommend cutting the cocoa into small pieces before preparing it. Use between 10g to 20g for a cup until you find the amount that best suits your taste.
*Cut the cocoa on a wooden board and with a very sharp knife.

② CHOOSE YOUR BASE
To prepare your Ceremonial Cocoa you can use water, vegetable milk or animal milk.
*We recommend one cup of water or milk per person

③ GIVE IT A TOUCH OF FLAVOR
You can add a little flavor using spices and natural sweeteners such as honey, cinnamon, cardamom, rosemary, rose, mint, vanilla, etc.

④ INTENTION
Take your time at each step of the process, do it calmly and with gratitude. Connect with your interior and enjoy the energy of this sacred food while meditating on the intention of this ritual.
