Date bar with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 bar of chocolate 80% Cult
- Cocoa nibs Cult
- 8 dates.
- Peanut butter
- Vanilla ice cream
- Sliced almonds
- grated coconut
Process
- Open the dates and remove the stone.
- Arrange them on a tray lined with waxed paper and use the back of a glass to flatten them so they come together.
- Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve chocolate and decorate with cocoa nibs and grated coconut.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.
