Cosmic Brownie in Microwave

Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 banana
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup. unsweetened cocoa powder

Process

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until integrated.
2. Pour the mixture into a small, microwave-safe, previously greased mold.
3. Microwave for 2:00 minutes in 30 second intervals.
4. Let cool and unmold

Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup. Greek yogurt s/a
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 cup. unsweetened cocoa powder
• Sweetener to taste

Mix all ingredients

Place the frosting on top of the brownie and place some colored chocolate chips.
