
Ingredients:
- Almond cream with organic cocoa Culto
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp monk fruit
- Pinch of salt
- sliced strawberries
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, monk fruit, coconut oil and coconut milk.
- Add the flour and salt and mix again.
- Preheat your crepe maker or a frying pan with a little coconut oil. Add a portion of the mixture and form your crepe.
- Let it cook on both sides and transfer to a plate while you prepare the remaining crepes.
- Fill each crepe with a few tablespoons of the cocoa almond spread. Fill with sliced strawberries and fold the crepe.
- Serve with more spread on top and enjoy.
