
Tiramisu Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tablespoons of chia
- Vanilla splash
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Yogurt mix:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Coffee milk:
- 1 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon coffee powder
CULT cocoa powder
PROCEDURE
- In a bowl, mix the oats with the chia and salt.
- In a separate glass, mix the milk with the coffee and stir well.
- Add the milk mixture to the oats. Add vanilla and honey. Mix and cover with plastic. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey.
- Assemble your oats by first adding a layer of your soaked oats. Cover with the yogurt mixture and repeat.
- Cover the yogurt with CULTO cocoa powder and enjoy.
