
Brownies

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder @cultocacao
2 tablespoons of coconut oil @a_de_coco
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 envelopes of monk fruit
Cinnamon powder / vanilla to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl, integrate and stir all the ingredients very well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease your mold with a little coconut oil or put wax paper
Pour out your brownnie mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.
(You can check with a toothpick to see if it's ready).
Remove from the oven and enjoy.
If you really like chocolate you can melt a little @cultocacao and dip your brownie before breaking it.
