
Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
150 grams oatmeal flour
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
¼ cup coconut sugar
5 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons of water
Pinch of salt
Toppings
melted white chocolate
cocoa nibs
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix all the ingredients in the processor or in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Form balls with your hands and flatten them to form cookies.
Place them on a baking tray lined with silicone paper.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Let cool on a rack and decorate with melted white chocolate and cocoa nibs.
