Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
- ½ cup cocoa powder @culto_cacao
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ⅔ cup monk fruit
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Peanuts and chocolate chips (optional)
Process
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs along with the oil and sweetener.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the flour, Culto cocoa, salt and baking powder. Stir everything very well until you have a shiny brownie mixture.
- Add the peanuts and chocolate chips.
- Prepare a square brownie pan and pour the mixture.
- Decorate with more peanuts and transfer the mold to the oven for 17-19 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and unmold the brownies. Cut into equal squares and enjoy.
