
Healthy Waffles
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cocoa powder @culto_cacao
- Cacao nibs @culto_cacao
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- almond cream
- Banana
Process:
- Add the egg, milk, coconut oil and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and mix very well.
- Preheat your waffle maker and add a portion of the mixture.
- Let it cook and repeat the same process with the entire mixture until finished.
- Decorate with almond cream, banana slices and cocoa nibs.
