
Chocolate donuts with matcha topping

Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour 1:1
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder @culto_cacao
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
Steps
- Mix all your ingredients in a bowl, if your mixture is too thick add a splash of almond milk.
- With the help of a bag, fill your donut molds and bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- While your donuts are cooling, melt white chocolate and add 1 tsp of matcha powder.
- Dip your donuts in chocolate and decorate them with cocoa nibs @culto_cacao
