
Ice cream with vegan brownie chunks
Ingredients
1/4 cup pecans
9 medjool dates (pitted)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup CULTO cocoa powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- In a food processor, first blend the walnuts together with the dates until smooth.
- Add all the other ingredients, ensuring they are well integrated.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold and cut it into small squares. Refrigerate.
- Mix your favorite vegan ice cream (I suggest vanilla) with the brownie squares.
