
Chocolate volcano
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup of 70% Culto Cacao chocolate
3 eggs
3 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder Culto Cacao
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and grease 3 molds with coconut oil.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the coconut sugar for about 1 minute. Keep beating and start adding the melted chocolate.
- Once mixed, add the almond flour and sifted cocoa powder.
- Add the mixture to the 3 greased pans and bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still soft.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to loosen it and serve upside down on a plate.
