
Dark Chocolate Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3 sachets of stevia or monk fruit
- Cinnamon to taste
- Approx. 10 g melted dark chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. soluble coffee powder (optional)
- A splash of almond milk
Process
- Once liquefied, pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
- Then dip each popsicle into the glass with chocolate and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
