
Gingerbread Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 teaspoons ginger powder (or to your liking)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder (adjust the measurements to your liking)
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons of natural agave honey or 2 of natural molasses.
1 egg at room temperature
1/4 cup cold-pressed coconut oil at room temperature @a_de_coco
1 to 2 tablespoons of natural vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
Instructions:
✨ Mix the liquid and dry ingredients separately and then integrate and make a homogeneous mixture.
✨ In a pancake mold with baking paper (parchment paper) or greased, place the mixture
✨ Bake for 35 min at 180• c
✨ Serve and decorate with Greek yogurt bitumen, nuts, seeds and dried fruits
