
Mussi Recipe Chocolate Cookies with PB

Ingredients
· 1 cup MUSSI peanut butter
· 1/2 cup monk fruit
· 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder CULTO
· 2 eggs
· 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
· 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 180C (350F).
- Cover a tray with wax paper.
In a large bowl, add and mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, peanut butter and almond milk. Add dry ingredients: monk fruit, cocoa and baking powder and stir until forming a well-integrated dough. - Scoop out the cookie dough with a spoon and form it into 10 large cookie balls. The dough should be thick and sticky.
- Place each ball on the baking sheet and flatten with your fingers to form a thick, flat, round cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, being careful not to bake too much so that they do not dry out in the center.
Decorate with peanut butter (optional).
