
Easy Tiramisu
A tiramisù in less than 10 minutes, healthy and with a lot of cocoa @culto_cacao. The Perfect Dessert 😍🤎🍫
Ingredients
- Cocoa powder @culto_cacao
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup of water (We are going to mix the water and unflavored gelatin until there are no lumps left)
- 2 cups of unsweetened yogurt
- 1/4 cup of coffee dissolved in water
- Sweetener to taste
- Flavorless gelatin that we already had dissolved in boiling water
Process
- In a bowl we are going to mix those ingredients and set aside.
- For the tiramisu base:
- 1 package of sugar-free vanilla cookies (Maria) (If you don't have vanilla cookies you can use rice cakes/rice crackers)
- We put a layer of sugar-free cookies soaked in coffee
- We put a layer of our yogurt mixture
- We repeat
- We finish by decorating with cocoa powder
