
healthy almond joy

Ingredients
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of water
- 1 1/2 tbsp monk fruit
- 1/2 cup CULTO Chocolate for coverage
Procedure:
- Grind the coconut together with the monk fruit in a food processor until you obtain very small pieces.
- Add the water and coconut oil and process until you obtain a thick and compact mixture.
- Place in a silicone mold in the form of bars or mini muffins and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Unmold and with a little melted chocolate place an almond on top.
- Cover with melted chocolate and freeze for an additional 10 minutes to harden.
- Enjoy this delicious healthy almond joy.
