
Cocoa Bar with Nuts

Ingredients
1 cocoa bar 80% Cult
1 bar of 90% cultured cocoa
Fist of pretzels
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. castile walnut
1 tbsp. blueberry
1 tbsp. of raisins
1 tbsp. dehydrated peach
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate bars in a bain-marie.
- On a tray lined with wax paper, place a layer of melted chocolate and spread it to the size you want.
- On top of the chocolate, place a little of all the toppings.
- Put another layer of melted chocolate again.
- Decorate with all the toppings.
- Put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
