
Autumn Trunk

Ingredients
For the crepes:
1 cup of flour
2 pinches of salt
1/4 cup Culto cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup milk or vegetable drink
2 eggs
1 packet of sweetener of your choice (you need 6 pieces of crepes)
For the filling
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 stick light cream cheese
Nutmeg
Vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
Preparation
- For the crepes, blend all the ingredients or beat them with a balloon whisk until they are integrated and there are no lumps.
- In a previously heated pan with a little butter, add the mixture and spread it throughout the pan (they have to be thin). Booking.
For the filling
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and beat until well combined.
- Spread the filling on each crepe and roll it up, leaving a small space and put another crepe on top.
- Repeat until you have a large roll.
- Wrap with wax paper and refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish to taste, you can use grated chocolate to simulate a log.
