
Chocolate, Strawberry and Coconut Bliss Bites
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bar of CULTO chocolate (flavor to taste)
- 125 grams of frozen strawberries
- 95 grams of grated coconut
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
PROCEDURE
- Add the strawberries, grated coconut and honey to a processor.
- Pulse for a few seconds until all the mixture is integrated and you have a dough consistency.
- Form balls with your hands and put them in the freezer while you prepare your chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Cover each strawberry ball with the chocolate mixture and place on baking paper.
- Place in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate is firm and enjoy.
