
Chocolate raspberry and chia bites
Ingredients:
- 1 bar of chocolate 80% cocoa @culto_cacao
- 3 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons of water
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- Stevia
- In a pot, add the raspberries, water and maple syrup. Heat over low heat for 5-10 minutes until the raspberries have dissolved.
- Turn off the fire. Add the chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to the mold and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, dip them in melted chocolate. Enjoy!
