Cookies
Ingredients
- 250g oat flour
- 50g cocoa powder @culto_cacao
- 90g coconut sugar
- 70ml water
- 60ml olive oil
- 6 g baking powder
- 1/8 tsp activated charcoal
- Pinch of salt
Process
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Form a dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut the cookies with a cutter. Put them on a tray and bake for 12 minutes at 180•C.
Stuffed
Ingredients
- 100g soaked cashew nuts
- 60g coconut oil
- 40g maple or monk fruit honey
- 20ml water
Process
- Process all the ingredients, let it rest for a while in the refrigerator and fill the cookies.
