
Chocolate Pancake

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup CULTO cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Process
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare a greased pancake mold.
- With a fork, mash the bananas.
- Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in others.
- Combine both preparations and pour it into the mold.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool and unmold
Coverage:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- Cacao Nibs or zest of a CULTO cocoa bar.
- Blend the ingredients, except the nibs or zest.
- Spread on the cake and sprinkle on the nibs.
