
Heart Shaped Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa powder cult @culto_cacao
- 1 cup cult chocolate in pieces @culto_cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup coconut oil
Ganache:
- ½ cup chopped chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond milk

Process:
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and add it to a bowl. Add the hot melted coconut oil and stir until all the chocolate is dissolved.
- Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix everything together.
- Add the cocoa and mix again until you have a brownie mix-type consistency.
- Grease a circular cake tin and cover with baking paper.
- Pour out the mixture and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes so you can unmold it and while you prepare the ganache. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Once it is completely melted, add the almond milk and mix well until it thickens.
- Unmold the pancake and once completely cooled, cover with the ganache. Decorate with strawberries or fruit of preference.
