
Smoothie bowl with clusters and nibs
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas (2 frozen + 2 fresh)
- ½ cup coconut or almond milk
- 4 dates
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Toppings: clusters, cocoa nibs, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries
Process:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until well integrated.
- Decorate with cocoa nibs and clusters as toppings. Serve with fresh fruit (berries and raspberries).
