
Ingredients:
1 bar of chocolate 80% Culto cocoa
1/3 cup quinoa or puffed rice
1 tsp coconut oil
Strawberries.
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the coconut oil.
- Mix the melted chocolate with the puffed rice and put it in your molds.
- Put a slice of strawberry on top and put it in the freezer.
- Leave it for a few minutes, until the chocolate is firm again, and that's it!
