
Chocolate Churros
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder Culto
- 1 bar of 80% Cult chocolate.
- ¾ cup almond flour.
- ⅓ cup of coconut flour.
- ¼ teaspoon salt.
- 4 tbsp coconut oil.
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 egg.
Process
- In a pot, mix the coconut oil, butter and water. Let it melt until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from the heat and add the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder and salt, mix and become very sticky, add 1 tsp of cornstarch.
- We add the egg and let it rest for 20 minutes so that the moisture is absorbed.
- We put it in a duya and make it into a churro shape.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
- We spread coconut oil or butter on them and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- You can serve them with melted chocolate.
