
Chocolate donuts
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons CULTO cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Melted cultured chocolate with 1 tsp. coconut oil
- Sliced almonds
Process
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs together with the sugar and coconut oil.
- Add the flours, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Mix very well until everything is well integrated.
- Lightly grease a donut mold and place a portion of the mixture in each mold.
- Put in the oven for 15-17 minutes until they look puffy and are firm to the touch.
- While the donuts are cooling, prepare the chocolate by melting the chocolate chips with the coconut oil.
- Unmold the donuts and cover with the melted chocolate. Decorate with sliced almonds on top.
