
Chocolate Granola

Ingredients
1 cup oat flakes
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
1/4 cup chopped almonds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp grape seed oil
2 tbsp agave honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
- Mix the oat flakes and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- In a pot, heat the peanut butter, oil and agave honey and mix until these ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the mixture to the oat flakes and stir.
- Place the granola in a mold with waxed paper and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. Stir the granola after 20 minutes and add the almonds and cocoa nibs.
- Preserve the granola in a jar and keep in a cool place.
