
chocolate meringue

Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites.
- 120 grams of liquefied coconut sugar so that it looks like powdered sugar.
- 1 1/2 tbsp CULTO cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp balsamic oil.
- 20 grams of grated chocolate or in very small pieces.
Process
- Preheat the oven to 130ºC.
- Beat the egg whites until they form peaks.
- Sift the coconut sugar and add one tablespoon at a time and beat.
- Sift the cocoa and add it to the egg whites along with the balsamic and chocolate pieces.
- Stir thoroughly so as not to lower the egg whites.
- Form a disk on wax paper or a silicone mat, this will be the shape of your meringue.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Let cool.
- Decorate with yogurt, strawberries and a little more chocolate.
