
Tiramisu panna cotta

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1 and a half cups of whipping cream @anchor_mexico
2 envelopes of gelatin (10 grams)
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup sugar
5 tbsp kahlua
2 tbsp instant coffee powder
Cocoa to decorate @culto_cacao
Preparation
- In a frying pan over low heat, add the milk and gelatin, mix until dissolved (approx. one minute).
- In a pot over medium heat, add the other ingredients (whipping cream, mascarpone, sugar, kahlua and coffee), mix with a whisk until incorporated, add the hydrated gelatin with the milk. Mix well, leave for a couple of minutes. ⏰
- Add in ramekins (there are 4 to 6) depending on the size, let cool to room temperature and put in the refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.
Serve with sprinkled cocoa, mascarpone and chocolate!
