INGREDIENTS
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 2 chocolate bars 40g of 60% or 70% Culto cocoa .
- 6 eggs (separate whites from yolks)
- 1/3 cup stevia
- Culto cocoa powder to sprinkle.
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 135ºC and grease the mold you are going to use.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Mix until completely melted.
3. Let it cool a little and add the yolks and mix
4. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the stevia and continue beating until puffed.
5. Mix ¼ of the egg white mixture into the chocolate mixture, then gently fold in the rest of the egg whites (don't mix too much or they will melt).
6. Transfer the mixture to the mold and bake for 30-40 min.
7. Let it cool and sprinkle the Culto cocoa powder at the end
