2 sweet potatoes

-1/2 cup 80% cacao Culto chocolate
-1/2 cup vegetable milk
Preparation:
1. -First, boil the peeled sweet potato until soft.
2. Blend the cooked sweet potato with the Culto cocoa powder, agave honey, and salt until it becomes a smooth cream.
3. Pour the mixture into a previously greased tart pan.
4. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate with the milk to make the ganache and cover the cake.
5. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
