
Easy recipe to surprise everyone this season

Base ingredients:
250 gr oat flour
50 gr cocoa powder Culto
90 gr coconut sugar
70ml water
60 ml olive oil
6 g baking powder
Pinch of salt
Preparation
In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients (oatmeal, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt) and in another the wet ingredients (water and olive oil).
Then join the 2 preparations to form a dough.
Roll into a ball and refrigerate for a few minutes before rolling out.
Roll out with a rolling pin and put the dough in a cake pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC
Stuffed
100 g cashew nut
60 grams cocoa powder Culto
40 grams maple syrup
20ml water
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients and fill the cakes.
Decor
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of raspberries
