
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 3 tablespoons CULTO CACAO Powder
- 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (you can buy a can or make it yourself. Ingredients: 1 small pumpkin. Procedure: preheat the oven to 190c. We open the pumpkin, cut the ends and remove the seeds. Cut it into pieces and place the pieces in a tray. Bake for 45 minutes or until it is soft. We wait for it to cool, remove the skin and blend or process it until obtaining a puree.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 2 nails
- 2-3 dates
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all the ingredients in a processor and process at medium speed, taste our mixture and add more dates if you want more sweetness. Place our mixture in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until it starts to boil. Remove and wait for it to cool a little before consuming. You can decorate with a little cinnamon and ginger.
