
Delicious spread, very healthy and high in vegetable protein. Ideal to accompany pancakes, waffles, toast, fruit or any craving.
Ingredients
-125 g raw cashew nuts (unsalted)
-125 ml of almond milk, rice, soy, etc.
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-25 g of CULTO cocoa powder
-Stevia, monk fruit or agave honey to taste
Instructions:
Place the cashew nuts in a container and cover them with drinking water. Let them soak for at least three hours (or overnight).
Then drain the water and put them in a processor or blender at high speed.
Add the vegetable milk, vanilla, Culto cocoa powder and sweetener.
Process the entire mixture until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous consistency.
Transfer your cream to a jar and refrigerate it, consume it within the next 4-5 days
