
For the chocolate layer:
- 1 tablespoon of Culto cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chia
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
For the other layer:
- 2 tbsp chia
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
For the cream:
- 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
Culto cocoa nibs to decorate.
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients for each layer in separate containers.
- In a glass, add the chocolate layer, then the chia layer with coconut milk, and finally top it off with the coffee layer.
- Decorate with cocoa powder and Culto cocoa nibs for a crunchy touch.
