Keto, Paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free and with the option to be vegan.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 large egg (as a substitute it can also be flaxseed egg: 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons of water and let it soak for 5-10 minutes)
* 1/2 cup almond flour
* 2 tablespoons of Monk Fruit
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon Culto cocoa powder
* 2 tablespoons of sugar-free almond cream
* 2 tablespoons of ghee (you can substitute coconut oil to make your waffles vegan)
* 1/4 cup almond milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
1. Grease the waffle maker with butter, ghee or coconut oil. Plug and turn on (at a medium level)
2. Melt the butter or coconut oil + almond cream in a bowl.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
4. Add the oil + melted almond cream
5. Add the almond and vanilla milk
6. Add the beaten egg or flaxseed egg at the end
7. Mix everything well
8. Add approximately half of the mixture or a little less to the waffle maker and cook over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes, here it depends on your waffle maker
For topping, add whatever you like, I added a little blackberries, walnuts, cinnamon and maple syrup (be careful if you are on keto).
