
Mini Penguins

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup of cow or vegetable milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup oat flour
4 cdas of cocoa powder @culto_cacao
8 sachets of your favorite sweetener, I used Stevia
Glazed:
50g of 70% cocoa chocolate (melt in 20sec intervals in the microwave)
Healthy bitumen:
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
90g light cream cheese
3 sachets of sweetener
(mix until integrated)
Tips
1. Grease your mold with cooking spray so the muffins don't stick.
2. Let the muffins cool
3. Spread the chocolate on the muffins
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes so that the glaze hardens.
5. Pour the frosting into a plastic bag, cut a corner and make a spiral on the muffins.
6. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes for better consistency.
