
Mud Pie with Hazelnuts

Ingredients
for the chocolate
4 tablespoons Culto cocoa powder
350ml honey
40g of butter
Half a can of evaporated milk
For the pumpkin mixture
One can of pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Half cup of evaporated milk
Half a tablespoon of cloves
2 tablespoons ginger powder
Half a tablespoon of ginger
A pie crust already made or made from María Doradas cookies
Preparation
- Integrate all the ingredients of the pumpkin mixture. Let it rest aside.
- Preheat the oven to 150º
- Add all the ingredients except the egg for the chocolate. When there are no lumps, add the beaten egg little by little so that it does not cook.
- Intersperse the two mixtures at the base of the pie. Put in the oven for an hour.
- When it comes out of the oven, let it rest until it solidifies.
- Serve with ground hazelnuts and a touch of honey.
