
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 80% cocoa Culto chocolate
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups 1 to 1 baking flour.
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Preparation:
-Mix the mashed banana, sugar, melted oil, eggs and vanilla in a bowl.
-Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer.
-Add the 80% Culto cocoa chocolate and the raspberries and pour the dough into a lined mold.
-Bake for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let cool, cut and enjoy!
