
Chocolate Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 cda of cocoa powder @culto_cacao
1 tsp chia
1/3 cup of milk, your choice
2 tbsp of water
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 sachet of stevia @svetiaoficial
Chocolate to put on top, I used the one from @culto_cacao
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in the blender.
- Blend until it becomes a dough.
- Put in a well-greased mold.
- Give the mold a few taps so that your dough expands and is even.
- Add the chocolate on top, you can still put anything you want.
- To make it in the INSTANT POT, you add 3/4 cup of water and put your mold on the rack it comes with, the mold should not touch the water. You cover your cupcake with aluminum foil and put it under pressure cooking for 15 minutes. When the time is up, leave it for 10 minutes without removing the pressure and then you can take it out.
- To do it in the OVEN, bake it without covering it or anything at 180º for 20-25 minutes or until it is a little puffed.
