
Ingredients
- 1 cup of disinfected strawberries, well dried and divided
- 1 cup of disinfected and dried Blueberries
- 1 cup of disinfected and dried raspberries
- 1/2 -1 cup of slivered and toasted almonds.
- 2 CULTO chocolate bars 80% cocoa
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- In a rectangular mold, put some wax paper to cover the bottom.
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, put it in the microwave for 1 minute, take it out and stir, then put it for 30 seconds at a time to check how it goes and it doesn't burn.
- Mix the berries with the strawberries and almonds, put them in the mold, arranging them so that it is completely covered.
- Then add the melted chocolate and cover everything well. Finish by tapping the mold a few times so that everything is well distributed.
- Put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm, then you can cut it.
