
Cocoa sponge cake
Ingredients
3 eggs
125 grams Greek yogurt
170 g wheat flour
50 g CULTO cocoa powder
2 tbsp baking powder
85 ml melted coconut oil
175g sugar
Preparation
- Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar for 5 minutes at maximum speed.
- Add the yogurt and coconut oil, continue beating for a couple more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder.
- Sift and add to the mixture, mix with a whisk or whisk.
- Grease a mold and pour the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (previously hot)
- Let cool, remove from the mold and decorate with powdered sugar.
