Ingredients
1/4 cup almond cream
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup monk fruit
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa powder Cult
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 tbsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. Chopped chocolate 70% Cult
Pecan Topping
1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts
1/8 ceta. of salt
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 Cº (350F) and prepare a mold with waxed paper.
- In a large bowl add almond cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs and vanilla, and beat well.
- Add the monk fruit, cocoa, almond flour and salt. Mix until you obtain a unified dough.
- Add the chocolate in pieces.
For the topping:
- In a small bowl mix pecans with honey and salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes and once the mixture looks firmer, remove from the oven and cover with topping.
- Put it back in the oven to finish baking for about 10 more minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
