
Pumpkin and Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients
5 eggs
60g monk fruit
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup almond milk
50g melted butter
100g sugar-free butternut squash puree (natural, not canned)
1 tbsp. pumpkin spice
1 tbsp. baking powder
110grs all-purpose flour Leto Chokolat Pepper
2 tbsp. Cult cocoa powder
100 g chocolate 90% Cult
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 Cº
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sweetener, puree, milk and vanilla with a whisk.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid and pour half of the mixture into a baking dish. To the other half add 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
- After combining well, pour into the baking pan.
- Put the bundt cake in the oven for 50-60 min.
- Remove from the oven until it is cooked, unmold and cool.
- Decorate with melted chocolate.
