
Christmas Tree Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup CULTO cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup monk fruit
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
vanilla frosting
- green dye
- Sweets to decorate
- Sugar glass
Procedure:
- Prepare the cupcakes by preheating the oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients and mix very well.
- Prepare a cupcake mold with paper liners. Add a portion of the mixture to each mold until it is ¾ full.
- Put in the oven for 18-20 minutes and let cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by combining the vanilla frosting with the green coloring.
- Transfer the frosting to a pastry bag.
- Decorate each cupcake forming a tree.
- Decorate with Christmas sweets and finally sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
