Ingredients
caramel cookies
Chocolate 80% Cacao with golden berries
1 tsp coconut oil
Cocoa Nibs
Ornaments
sunflower seeds
grated coconut
chopped strawberry
Quinoa flakes
Process
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
Add the melted chocolate with a spoon over the cookie.
Add topping to your liking before the chocolate cools.
Put the cookies in the freezer
Ready!
Date bar with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
1 bar of chocolate 80% Cult
Cocoa nibs Cult
8 dates.
Peanut butter
Vanilla ice cream
Sliced almonds
grated coconut
Process
Open the dates and remove the stone.
Arrange them on a tray lined with waxed paper and use the back of a glass to flatten them so they come together.
Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve chocolate and decorate with cocoa nibs and grated coconut.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.

Smoothie bowl with clusters and nibs
Ingredients:
4 bananas (2 frozen + 2 fresh)
½ cup coconut or almond milk
4 dates
1 cup frozen blackberries
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings: clusters, cocoa nibs, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries
Process:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until well integrated.
Decorate with cocoa nibs and clusters as toppings. Serve with fresh fruit (berries and raspberries).
