1/3 cup oats
2 egg whites or one egg
1/2 cda of cocoa powder @culto cacao
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
sweetener to taste (I used 1 tsp monkfruit)
Process
Blend all the ingredients
Popsicles in your waffle maker or make them like hot cakes

1 cup oat flour
2 scoops of vegan protein
1/3 cup of coconut sugar @adecocomx
baking powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions
