Dark Chocolate Popsicles
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 sachets of stevia or monk fruit
Cinnamon to taste
Approx. 10 g melted dark chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soluble coffee powder (optional)
A splash of almond milk
Process
Once liquefied, pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
Then dip each popsicle into the glass with chocolate and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
biscuit base
170g vanilla cookies or 2 cups almond flour
90g melted ghee butter
(Bake for 15min at 180•C)
Chocolate filling
3 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt
80g of chocolate high in % cocoa @culto_cacao
7 gelatin previously hydrated in 1/2 cup of milk
10g stevia or monkfruit
Toppigs: fresh raspberry
Process
Crush the cookies and mix with melted ghee to form the crust in a cake mold.
Mix the yogurt, melted chocolate and gelatin, pour into the crust.
Refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with fresh raspberry.
